HOME STAGING

HOME STAGING – FAQ

What is Home Staging?
Home Staging is the process of preparing a house for sale. Staging creates favorable impressions everywhere the buyer’s eyes rest. Highlighting selling features, enhancing visual flow
What if i don’t have any good furniture or no furniture?
We can arrange rental furniture with exclusive CSP pricing
What if my house needs minor repairs, paint jobs, cleaning, too much cluttering?
We recommend specialized people for all kinds of work needed and you can take advantage of our preferral pricing.
Many other real estate agents are also offering FREE Home Staging, what is special about you?
Our team has staged 100’s of homes. All of our other stagers are highly professional, with several years of experience. We work only with reputed stagers.
I love my decor! Why do i need your stager to alter it?
Decorating is great for your living, but not necessary for selling. Staging is based on the buyers perspective, for their living & for them to visualize how their belongings would look in a particular home.
I know all the homes eventually sell. why do i need to bother?
House value depends on number of days in the market. More days in the market will devaluate your home. you don’t get a second chance to impress a buyer.
Why does Home Staging boost the selling price of my home?
People shop with logic but they buy with emotion. If your home looks fantastic and the buyer can immediately imagine living there, they are more likely to make an offer.
The real estate market is hot. Why should I bother with Home Staging?
In a sellers market more buyers are chasing fewer listings, the homes sell quickly and most of the times above asking price. Imagine if your home is staged maybe you have 10 bidders on your house instead of the 2 or 3 offers you might have had without staging. Naturally your home will sell for more with more buyers bidding on it!
